  • You study at an academy

    Your academy handles everything about its courses: access, content, dates, payments, refunds and certificates. Look for its email or chat inside the academy. If you can't reach it, write to us and we'll help.

  • You run an academy on Wislab

    Write to us from your account email and include your academy's address. We help with setup, themes, courses, your domain and the Stripe connection.

  • Payments and billing

    Student payments go straight to each academy's Stripe account, and each academy handles its own refunds. If your question is about your Wislab plan or fee, write to us.
