AI agents for your academy

The academy AI agents run, and you approve

In Wislab, five AI agents called Wislys review your academy, tell you what needs attention and propose every change: a receipt, a task, a review, a lesson fix. Nothing is applied until you approve it, and money changes ask you to verify your identity.

Wislys are in beta and come with the Cohorts and Enterprise plans.

Definition

What is an academy run with AI agents?

An academy run with AI agents is an online academy where AI agents review the daily operation and propose specific changes, and the owner approves each one before it is applied.

The agents do the reviewing work that you or your team usually do: they read payments, submissions, students, leads and community, spot what needs attention and prepare the change. You still decide. Unlike a chat assistant, they work on your academy's real data with specific tools; unlike an automation, nothing happens without you seeing it.

The Wislys

Five Wislys, one per area

Each Wisly has its own area, tools and monthly budget. These are sample proposals they make with real Wislab tools; the names are examples.

  • Wisly Operations

Runs the daily and weekly review of your whole academy. It changes nothing: it leaves you tickets with the why, where to go and what to check.

    Reads
Receipts, submissions to grade, enrollments, workshops and students who haven't started.
    Proposes
6 bootcamp submissions have been waiting more than 5 days for a grade. Go to Submissions and grade them or assign them to a mentor. Done when the list reaches zero.
    How you approve it
The ticket lands in your Triage inbox: you accept it into a project, snooze it or decline it.
  • Wisly Courses

Reads your lesson feedback, fixes content and drafts modules and lessons.

    Reads
Your courses, each full lesson and what your students report on them.
    Proposes
Fix the example in lesson 2.3 that three students reported, with the before and after.
    How you approve it
You approve the change on a card and can revert it. New drafts arrive unpublished.
  • Wisly CRM

Moves deals, creates contacts and notes, and prepares follow-ups.

    Reads
Deals, contacts, CRM tasks, campaigns and coupons.
    Proposes
Move Ana López to "Negotiation", note what she asked in the workshop and create a task to call her on Thursday.
    How you approve it
Every action waits for your approval. Creating a coupon touches money, so it asks you to verify your identity.
  • Wisly Students and payments

Receipts, access, enrollments and certificates. It checks the recorded payments before proposing anything.

    Reads
Receipts, each student's payments, enrollments and pending certificates.
    Proposes
Mark Daniela's second-installment receipt as paid, for the October 25 bank transfer.
    How you approve it
It's a money change: before it's applied, it asks for your second factor.
  • Wisly Community

Moderates the forum, reviews and comments, and drafts replies for you to post.

    Reads
Forum posts, reviews waiting for approval and recent comments.
    Proposes
Approve 2 new 5-star reviews and hide a spam comment on lesson 4.1.
    How you approve it
You approve each action. You post the replies it drafts.

Approval

How approval works, step by step

  1. You ask or delegate a task

From the Wisly chat in your admin, or by assigning a task to a specialist Wisly. You can also schedule Wisly Operations to run its daily and weekly review.

  2. It reads what it needs

It only uses the read tools of its area. Reading changes nothing in your academy.

  3. It proposes the change

Each action arrives as a card that says what it will do and to whom. If it can't find the real record, the approve button stays off.

  4. You approve or reject

Nothing is applied without your click. Proposals nobody decides on expire on their own.

  5. High-impact changes ask for your identity

Money, certificates, removing a student or an announcement that can't be recalled ask for your second factor before they're applied.

  6. It's on the record

Each proposal keeps who asked for it, who decided, when, and what happened when it ran.

Sample data. Every change Wisly makes waits for your approval.

The limits

What a Wisly doesn't do

  • It doesn't apply any change without your approval.
  • It doesn't touch money unless you verify your identity: receipts, cancellations and coupons ask for your second factor.
  • It doesn't close or approve tasks: it hands its work in for review and you sign off.
  • It doesn't go over its budget: when the month's budget runs out, it stops until you raise it.
  • It doesn't leave its area: it only uses the tools you gave it, and you can turn any of them off.
  • It doesn't use a Wislab AI key: it runs on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter account.

Who it's for

Who it's for

  • Personal brands and creators that already sell a bootcamp, a program or a membership and spend hours checking payments, submissions and messages.
  • Academies with a small team that want nothing to slip through the cracks, without hiring someone just to check.
  • Creators who want AI in their operation without giving anyone, AI included, permission to change things without asking.

If you're about to publish your first course, you don't need it yet: start with the academy and turn on the Wislys once you have operations to review.

FAQ

What people ask about Wislys

An AI agent that works inside your Wislab academy. It reviews one area, tells you what needs attention and proposes specific changes. Nothing is applied without your approval.

No. Reading changes nothing; every write arrives as a proposal and is only applied when you approve it. Wisly Operations leaves tickets in your Triage inbox, where you decide what to do with them.

Marking a receipt as paid, canceling it, creating a coupon and other high-impact changes ask you to verify your identity with your second factor before they're applied.

Only if you approve an action that sends an email, like enrolling someone in a bootcamp, which sends the welcome email, or issuing a certificate. No Wisly writes to anyone on its own.

They run on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter key, so you pay the provider directly for what you use. Each Wisly has a monthly budget you set, and it stops when it reaches it.

Today they're in beta on the Cohorts and Enterprise plans.

Yes. Besides the five specialists, you can create one with the areas, instructions, model and budget you choose.
