What's new in Wislab

What we build for academies, with dates. Each entry says what changes for you, without the technical jargon.

    Payment reminders per student

    Turn on, student by student, an email 5 days before each pending installment and another on its due date. They start off and never go out before 9 a.m.

    Apps: install only what you use

    A new Apps screen gathers the features you can install or remove from your academy. On the Cohorts and Enterprise plans you can also connect external apps through the API and webhooks.

    Change any text in your academy

    Search for a text as it reads on screen, in English or Spanish, and write your own version. Wislab checks that your version keeps the data that text shows.

    Live class reminders

    Your bootcamp students get an email on the day of each live class and another minutes before, with the link to join, plus a note when the recording is ready. You turn them on per academy.

    The CRM shows who already paid

    The CRM board lists the contacts who already paid you, with what they paid and their stage, and each contact's activity reads like a conversation.

    Wisly knows which page you have open

    Ask about "this bootcamp" or "these classes" and it knows what you mean, without copying names or links.

    Import modules and lessons from a ZIP

    Upload a ZIP of markdown lessons and add them to an existing course. You see a preview before applying; nothing is deleted and new lessons arrive unpublished.

    How Google sees you

    Set in Settings the title Google shows for your home page, with a preview of the result. Your bootcamp, workshop and path pages tell Google where they sit in your academy.

    Operations, Courses, CRM, Students and payments, and Community, each with its own tools and monthly budget. You delegate tasks and they hand the work in for review; nothing is applied without your approval. Beta on the Cohorts and Enterprise plans.

    It reads, fixes and translates your lessons from the editor. It shows you the before and after of each change, and you can revert it.

    Connect your Calendly and each program student books their one-on-one sessions from your academy. You see their bookings and call history.

    Move a workshop without losing anyone

    If you move a workshop, you tell everyone who signed up with one button, and the reminders go out again for the new date.

    Certificates of attendance

    Besides course completion certificates, you can now issue certificates of attendance with the same design and the same public verification.

  2. Platform

    Locks for your business rules

    Lock rules like "every lesson requires an account" so nobody changes them by mistake. Locking is instant; unlocking asks for your second factor and records who did it.

  3. Sales and payments

    Send email from your domain

    Connect your own Resend account and your academy's emails go out from your domain. If your account fails, the email goes out through Wislab and isn't lost.
