How to add quizzes, exams and certificates

Quizzes and exams are blocks you add to a lesson. Certificates are issued automatically when a course is completed, or by hand, with your design, and each one has a public page to verify it.

Available on: Quizzes, exams and certificates on every package. The design: ready-made templates on Free Community, your logo and colors from Creator, and your own background, fonts and signature from Academy.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: In My academy → Pedagogical tools turn on Exams and Certificates.

  2. Step 2: Open a lesson and add a Quiz block for quick practice or an Exam block for a graded assessment.

  3. Step 3: Review your students' attempts in Assessment → Exams.

  4. Step 4: Go to Products → Certificates and click Customize design: pick a template and, depending on your package, add your logo and colors or build your own with background, fonts and signature.

  5. Step 5: Certificates are issued automatically when a student completes the course. To issue one by hand, click Issue certificate.

What your student gets

A public verification page with the certificate's status (valid, revoked or expired), a QR code and its ID. From there they download it as a PDF or an image and add it to their LinkedIn profile.

You can also issue attendance certificates with the same design and the same verification.
