How to capture subscribers with double opt-in

Step by step

   Step 1: In your dashboard go to Marketing & sales → Newsletter. If you do not see it, turn it on in My academy → Pedagogical tools.

   Step 2: Copy the link to your public newsletter page and share it on social media, in your bio or in your emails.

   Step 3: To capture from your site, add the Newsletter block to your home page or any page.

   Step 4: Everyone who subscribes gets an email with a link to confirm. The link is valid for 7 days.

   Step 5: Review your subscribers on the same Newsletter screen and download them with Export CSV whenever you want.

Why double opt-in

You only write to real addresses that asked for your newsletter, your emails reach the inbox more often, and you meet the rules that require explicit consent.

Students who already have an account do not confirm again: their email was verified at sign-up. If someone unsubscribes and comes back, they confirm again.

If you use the CRM

With the CRM installed, each confirmed subscriber becomes a contact with the newsletter source, so you follow up with them alongside the rest of your leads.
