Your data

How to export your students, receipts and content

Your data is yours. You export your students, receipts, subscriptions and newsletter subscribers as CSV, and download each course as a ZIP, on any package. If you ask, we give you a full export of your academy.

Available on: Every package. Only the owner or an admin can export.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Students: go to Students → List and click Export CSV.

  2. Step 2: Receipts: go to Marketing & sales → Receipts and click Export CSV.

  3. Step 3: Subscriptions: go to Marketing & sales → Subscriptions and click Export CSV.

  4. Step 4: Subscribers: go to Marketing & sales → Newsletter and click Export CSV.

  5. Step 5: Content: open a course, click Import content (.zip) and choose Download this course as a ZIP.

  6. Step 6: For everything else, email us and we send you a full export of your academy.

API access

On the Cohorts and Enterprise packages you can also read and write your data with the REST API: users, courses, progress, certificates, bootcamp enrollments, payments and CRM. You create your keys in My academy → General, Integrations tab, API keys section.
