What each Wislab package includes
Wislab has five packages. Free Community publishes free content; from Creator on you charge students with a 0% fee and your own domain; each package adds to the one before. Prices are not published yet.
Free Community
The whole product to publish free content and build your community: courses with lessons, quizzes and exams, community, free workshops, blog, newsletter, free bootcamps, certificates with ready-made templates, and CRM. It does not charge students. It has a cap on monthly active learners and one team seat.
Creator
You charge your students with a 0% Wislab fee, connect your own domain, can charge with your own Stripe keys, your academy can run in several languages, and your certificates carry your logo and colors.
Academy
Adds memberships with a monthly subscription, charging for your bootcamps in one payment, sign-ups, workshops, newsletter and waitlists landing in your CRM on their own, certificates with your own design (background, fonts and signature), importing courses and lessons from a ZIP, custom CSS on top of your theme, more seats and storage, and removing the "Made with Wislab" credit.
Cohorts
Adds charging for your bootcamps in 3, 6 or 12 installments, the Wislys in beta, external apps, the REST API with outbound webhooks, and SCORM import in beta.
Enterprise
For organizations: SSO (SAML), a contract on your terms priced by active learners, and limits by contract.
What counts as an active learner
A learner with an account who opened at least one lesson that month. Your team, visitors without an account and people who did not sign in do not count. Going over the cap never blocks a learner: we let you know.
