How to sell memberships and bootcamps and use coupons

With Stripe connected you sell single courses and give discount coupons from the Creator package. From Academy you charge for bootcamps with dates and create memberships with a monthly subscription; from Cohorts, you charge bootcamps in installments.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Connect Stripe first (My academy → General, Payments tab).

  2. Step 2: Membership: go to Marketing & sales → Revenue, open Subscriptions, define how your membership is named and looks, and create its plans.

  3. Step 3: Bootcamp: install Bootcamps in My academy → Apps and create one in Products → Bootcamps → New bootcamp, with its dates and price.

  4. Step 4: Bootcamp prices: with Stripe Connect, on the bootcamp's page click Create prices in Stripe. On Academy it creates the one-time payment; from Cohorts, also monthly payments over 3, 6 and 12 months.

  5. Step 5: Coupons: go to Marketing & sales → Coupons and create the code with its discount.

Payment reminders

For students paying in installments you can turn on, student by student, an email 5 days before each pending installment and another on its due date.
