What Wislys are and how you approve their proposals

Step by step

   Step 1: Add your AI key in My academy → General, Integrations tab, AI keys section. It can be from OpenAI, Anthropic or OpenRouter.

   Step 2: In My academy → General, Beta tab, turn on Enable Wisly.

   Step 3: Install Work in My academy → Apps and open Work → AI agents (Wislys).

   Step 4: Review each Wisly and its monthly budget. When a Wisly reaches its budget, it stops until the next month.

   Step 5: Delegate a task to a Wisly. When it proposes a change, you see it as a card inside the task with Approve and Reject.

   Step 6: Review what it proposes and decide. A proposal is applied only once, exactly as you saw it, and expires after 7 days if you do not decide.

What each Wisly does

Operations runs the daily and weekly review and leaves you to-dos with the reason, without changing anything. Courses reviews feedback on your lessons, fixes content and drafts modules and lessons. CRM moves deals, creates contacts and notes, and prepares follow-ups. Students and payments handles receipts, access extensions, enrollments and certificates. Community moderates the forum, reviews and comments, and drafts replies for your team to publish.

Money changes

Proposals that touch money or access, like recording a payment, creating a coupon or enrolling a student, ask you to verify your identity with your second factor before they are applied.

Your key, your cost

Wislab does not pay for or resell your academy's AI: each Wisly uses your key and you pay the provider directly for what you use. Each Wisly's budget protects you from an unexpected bill.
